Community Guidelines

Welcome to Fanbase. These guidelines exist to keep Fanbase a healthy place where creators can build real businesses and fans can support the people they love. They apply to everyone — creators and fans alike.

Our principles

  • Be kindTreat other people the way you'd want to be treated. Disagree without being cruel.
  • Be originalPost your own work, or content you have permission to share. Credit collaborators.
  • Be honestDon't mislead your fans about what they're paying for, and don't impersonate other people.

Prohibited content and behavior

The following are not allowed on Fanbase:

  • Adult or sexually explicit contentIncluding pornography, nudity for sexual gratification, and sexual content involving minors.
  • Hate, harassment, and threatsContent that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics, or that targets specific individuals with harassment or threats.
  • Illegal goods and servicesDrugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen data, or any product or service prohibited by law.
  • Spam, scams, and deceptionBulk unsolicited messages, fraudulent schemes, fake reviews, and content designed to mislead fans into paying for something different than promised.
  • Copyright and IP infringementContent that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
  • Violence and self-harmContent that promotes, glorifies, or instructs in violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
  • Malware and exploitsSharing software, links, or files designed to compromise users' devices or accounts.

Enforcement

When we find a violation, we generally follow a graduated approach: a warning, then suspension, then termination. For serious violations — such as content involving minors, threats of violence, or fraud — we may terminate accounts immediately and without notice.

Reporting violations

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to hombre.korea@gmail.com with a link to the content and a brief description of the issue. We review all reports and treat them confidentially.

Appeals

If your account or content is actioned and you believe it was a mistake, you can appeal by emailing hombre.korea@gmail.com within 30 days. Include your account handle and the reason you believe the decision should be reversed. We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to these guidelines

These guidelines may evolve as Fanbase grows. We will post updates here and notify users of material changes.
