This Privacy Policy describes how Fanbase, operated by hombre (Data Controller: hombre, Business Registration No. 375-54-00284, contact hombre.korea@gmail.com), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Service. By using Fanbase, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information: email, name, password (hashed), profile handle.
Creator content: posts, tier descriptions, images you upload.
Payment information: handled by our payment processor (Paddle). We do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, referral source.
Communications: messages you send to support or other users on the platform.

2. How We Use Information

To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
To process subscriptions and payments.
To provide AI-powered features (we may send your content to AI providers like Anthropic to generate suggestions; data is not used to train external models).
To communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.
To prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Service providers: Supabase (database, auth), Paddle (payments), Resend (email), OpenRouter / Anthropic (AI inference), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (product analytics).
Legal authorities: when required by law or to protect rights.
Business transfers: in the event of a merger or acquisition (you will be notified).

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Service may not function correctly.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. After deletion, we may retain limited records for up to 12 months for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Your Rights
