Fanbase respects copyright. Creators retain ownership of the content they post, and we expect all users to respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on Fanbase infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below.
To submit a notice of claimed infringement, please include the following:
Send your notice to: hombre.korea@gmail.com
If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to hombre.korea@gmail.com. Your counter-notice must identify the removed material, its prior location, your contact details, and include a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant initiates a legal action.
We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
Knowingly submitting a false notice of infringement, or a false counter-notice, may result in legal liability. Please consider carefully before submitting.
We review all valid notices and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5 business days.
