Counter-notice

If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to hombre.korea@gmail.com. Your counter-notice must identify the removed material, its prior location, your contact details, and include a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant initiates a legal action.

Repeat infringer policy

We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

False claims

Knowingly submitting a false notice of infringement, or a false counter-notice, may result in legal liability. Please consider carefully before submitting.

Response time

We review all valid notices and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5 business days.
