These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fanbase ("Service"), operated by hombre ("we", "us", "our"; Business Registration No. 375-54-00284, contact hombre.korea@gmail.com). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Fanbase is a subscription platform that allows creators to offer paid memberships to their fans. We charge creators a monthly SaaS fee (Starter $7.99/mo or Pro $34.99/mo) and do not take a percentage of payments collected from fans (payment processing fees from our provider Paddle apply).
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
We offer a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at signup. After the trial ends, your subscription will renew automatically at the listed price. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use Fanbase for any unlawful purpose, to upload content that infringes third-party rights, to distribute malware, or to harass other users. Adult content, gambling, and illegal goods are prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Creators retain ownership of all content they post. By posting, you grant Fanbase a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.
The Fanbase name, logo, and platform are our property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or its users.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanbase is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
