Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Free Trial

All Fanbase subscriptions (Starter and Pro) include a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are charged after the trial and wish to cancel, you may request a refund within 7 days of the first paid charge by contacting hombre.korea@gmail.com. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.

4. Fan Subscriptions to Creators

Fanbase does not directly handle fan-to-creator subscription refunds. Refund requests for memberships you purchased from a creator should be directed to that creator. We will assist in cases of fraud or policy violations.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank without first contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We are usually happy to resolve issues directly if you reach out first.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of technical errors, duplicate charges, or service outages that materially affected your ability to use the platform.
